Process questions
How often will we hear from you?
A written update every week and a live demo every two weeks. You also get a shared board so you can see progress any time.
Is discovery paid?
The first 30-minute call is free. Discovery is a short, fixed-price phase that ends with a scope, plan and estimate you keep, whether or not you continue with us.
What happens after launch?
We move into the Evolve stage: monitoring, fixes and planned improvements on a monthly plan, with a named contact.
