AarthoNIC LLP (“AarthoNIC”, “we”) is a technology company registered in India. We operate this website, provide product development services and run products including Opptas. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.

Details you give us, such as your name, email, company and the message you send through our forms. Technical data, such as IP address, browser, pages visited and cookies. For Opptas customers, the account and connected-channel data needed to run the service, processed on your behalf.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries, deliver and improve our services and products, send updates you have asked for, keep our systems secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only trusted providers that help us operate, such as hosting, email, analytics and payment partners, under contracts that protect your data. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry data is normally deleted within 24 months if no engagement follows.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent and raise a grievance. You can also manage cookies in your browser.
